Your guide to autumn fun in Skellefteå (and Umeå)

Explore Skellefteå’s top destinations for kids during the November half-term break. Whether your little ones are into science, arts, or other adventures, we’ve got you covered with a variety of enriching and fun-filled activities. We even have tips for those going further afield to Umeå (see panel at the bottom).

Nordanå Kulturcentrum offers culture, nature and a great playground for kids in one place, for a relaxing day out. The Nordanå area is like an oasis in the city with parks, playgrounds (one with a ship!), bird ponds and museums to see.
There’s also a rather good restaurant at Nordanågården.
